In cases where the conflict is a prior save, the user will be further prompted to refresh the page and reenter any needed data. In cases where there is a prior finalize the user will be further prompted to go the the report and reopen the report if needed and if they have permission.

Made several improvements for the Corgi phantom:

  • Improved the thresholding algorithm when determining the valid slices.
  • Improved the algorithm for gathering the MTF pixel data in a specific angle range, handling some edge cases better.
  • Fixed an issue when the z-positions on the image set are in reverse order when plotting the z-modulation.
  • Fixed an issue when determining the edges of the mask by measuring in the middle of the phantom. This was causing the set to be unable to decide on the details of the sensitometry objects' hemisphere positions and orientation, which then caused sensitometry to fail.
  • Some improvements were made to the module detection when the sensitometry objects were very close to the right edge of the image.
  • Made the lines thicker and easier to read on the modules detected image.

For DICOM files this will use the tags to determine the scan date and time; we will assume that time is in the local time zone. We will search the following tags in the order shown below, the first full set found will be used:

  • Content Date(tag 0008,0023) + Content Time(tag 0008,0033)
  • Acquisition Date(tag 0008,0022) + Acquisition Time(tag 0008,0032)
  • Series Date(tag 0008,0021) + Series Time(tag 0008,0031)
  • Study Date(tag 0008,0020) + Study Time(tag 0008,0030)

For all other files we will use the upload time.
